Axsos AG is expanding its software development and digitalization teams to support exciting new long-term international projects. We’re looking for 4 motivated and skilled Junior to Mid-Level Software Developers to join our dynamic engineering environment. You’ll contribute to building real-world systems, grow your technical skills, and collaborate with experienced professionals across borders.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or demonstrated practical skills and relevant experience.

• 1–4 years of hands-on experience in software development.
• Good understanding of backend development using Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, databases (SQL or NoSQL), and source control systems (Git).
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• German language skills are an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Experience with frontend development using React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and basic DevOps practices.
• Previous internship or project experience with international teams is a plus.

Your Responsibilities:

• Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of scalable software systems.

• Work closely with senior developers, QA, and product teams to deliver functional features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance issues.
• Learn and adopt best practices in DevOps, security, and software architecture.
• Be open and available to travel internationally based on business needs.
