Vacancy Description:

Responsible for day-to-day campaign execution, monitoring, and optimization in Meta Ads Manager.

Your Profile and Required Competencies:

• 2+ years of experience in paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads Manager essential)

• Strong analytical skills, experience with Google Analytics or similar tools
• Knowledge of UTM tagging, conversion tracking, and GA events
• Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-border teams
• Language: Fluent English; German basics a plus

Your Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage campaigns in Meta Business Manager (Facebook & Instagram) and other platforms such as LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Build audiences and implement targeting strategy (personas, offers, region)
• Monitor KPIs (CPL, CTR, ROI per service line) and report weekly
• Implement UTM parameters and ensure correct tracking setup
• Collaborate with designer to align ad creatives with campaign goals
• Coordinate with German team for content QA and brand validation
