As we scale, we’re looking for a Senior Software Developer who can drive our technical direction and mentor growing teams.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or proven practical experience and technical skills.

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, or JavaScript frameworks like Node.js).
• Deep experience in designing REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise-grade systems.
• Solid understanding of databases (SQL & NoSQL) and ORM frameworks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Fluent in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• German language skills are an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in leading technical teams or projects.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, GitOps).
• Knowledge in frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Certification in Azure cloud platform is a plus.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and secure software solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, and other teams to deliver client requirements.
• Architect system components and design integration strategies.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and code reviews for junior and mid-level developers.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
• Research and apply best practices in agile development and DevOps culture.
• Be ready to travel internationally based on business needs.
