IT Service Manager  (m/w/d) 

Vacancy description

We are looking for you to become a new member of our international AXSOS family as an IT Service Manager as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities

After a 1-2 month training period, you will be part of the service desk team for a customer, providing user-oriented assistance with faults and solving them in a friendly and goal-oriented manner.

Your tasks will include

• Monitoring and managing service compliance and quality
• Identification of poor service, monitoring of penalties
• Further development, modification and coordination of service level agreements
• Implementation and follow-up of quality improvement measures (e.g. service improvement process, root cause analyses)
• Escalation management
• Regular communication of service quality
• Optimization of processes
• Willingness to travel

Your profile

• Completed education or (technical) university studies, not mandatory but advantageous with focus on computer science, business informatics or similar.
• High level of empathy, resilience, creativity and enjoyment in approaching people
• Passionate, confident and convincing manner towards other people
• "Thinking outside the box", but also a solid worker 
• Enjoy solving challenging tasks
• Goal-oriented work
• Understanding and appreciative communication
• Good logical thinking skills
• Good knowledge of written and spoken German (C1)
• Very good written and spoken English skills would be an advantage (C2)

Technical skills

• Confident handling of Microsoft Office and the PC
