We are looking for:

About Axsos Academy:

Tech-training academy operating in Palestine (with strong Germany ties), delivering Full-Stack Development, Data Science & ML, and Software QA programs. Our mission is to graduate market-ready talent and place them into quality jobs across Palestine, the region, and remote roles.

Role Scope:

  • Full-academy operations owner across Marketing, Sales & Admissions, Teaching, Career Services, Funding & Scholarships, Finance, and HR.
  • Accountable for enrollment, delivery quality, placement rate, budget/P&L, and compliance.
  • Proficient in Dynamics 365 CRM · Power BI · Microsoft Business Central · Standard office/collab stack.

Core Responsibilities:

1) Strategy, Planning & P&L

• Own annual/quarterly strategy and OKRs; cohort calendar, capacity planning, pricing, and scholarship mix.

• Build and manage budgets, cost-center structure, and monthly performance reviews (revenue, COGS, EBITDA, runway).

• Board/leadership reporting; risk management and contingency planning.

2) Demand: Marketing, Sales & Admissions

• Set the lead-to-enrollment engine: webinar rhythm, campaign calendar, CPL/ROI targets, source mix, and messaging.

• Lead Sales & Admissions discipline: routing SLAs, response times, CRM hygiene, pipeline forecasting, offer/acceptance conversion.

• Implement Dynamics 365 CRM workflows, dashboards, and exception-based alerts (manage by data, not micromanagement).

3) Supply: Teaching & Program Delivery

• Manage the teaching organization (instructors + TAs) across FSD, DS/ML, QA; coverage planning and hiring.

• Refresh curriculum content and add micro-credentials where needed (cloud, analytics, QA automation, AI tooling).

4) Career Services & Employability

• Design and run the 6-month post-graduation placement program:

o Student-readiness funnel (CV/LinkedIn/GitHub/portfolio), workshops, mock/HR interviews, tutorials.

o Application dashboard (targets per week; quality threshold), interview tracking, and offer support.

o Employer engine: partner mapping, bulk-hiring initiatives, internships, alumni referrals.

5) Funding, Scholarships & Partnerships

• Own relationships with funding partners: selection, reporting, compliance.

• Structure employer/scholarship packages; coordinate bulk-hire pathways and co-funded internships.

6) Finance, Collections & Systems

• Oversee collections and payment plans; supervise First Financial Officer; manage AR old/new buckets and recovery plans.

• Vendor payments, petty cash, tax/VAT handling, monthly financial reporting.

• Lead the transition Bisan → Microsoft Business Central; standardize cost centers and Power BI reporting.

7) Partnerships & Market Expansion

• Build and execute pilots with universities and corporates (e.g., GUtech Oman onsite FSD pilot; B2B upskilling).

• Scope Germany go-to-market: market sizing, buyer personas, tailored corporate training, trainer pools, TA backbone.

8) Data, QA & Continuous Improvement

• Own the metrics stack: marketing → admissions → delivery → placement; NPS and learner outcomes.

• Run post-mortems per cohort; translate insights into process fixes (scripts, rubrics, SLAs, dashboards).

9) People, Culture & Governance

• Hiring, onboarding, performance management, coaching, and conflict resolution across teams.

• Set norms for discipline, responsiveness, and accountability; clarify roles and meeting rhythms.

• Policies, student contracts, privacy/compliance; safety and safeguarding standards.

Your Profile: 

  • 7+ years of professional experience in business operations, finance, education management, project management, or related fields.
  • Proven management and leadership experience, ideally overseeing cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, sales, marketing, or academic delivery).
