We are looking for a Career Readiness Officer who is responsible for equipping students with the skills, tools, and confidence needed to successfully enter the workforce. The role focuses on career preparation through coaching, professional development, and job search support, while also contributing to the identification of employment opportunities through employer engagement.

About Axsos Academy:

Axsos Academy is a mission-driven tech academy helping young people in Palestine become market-ready and employed in software roles (Full-Stack Development, Data Science, QA, and more). We combine rigorous training with career services and employer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver career readiness workshops covering CV writing, LinkedIn optimization, interview preparation, networking, personal branding, and professional communication.

• Conduct one-on-one career coaching sessions with students and graduates.
• Review and improve CVs, cover letters, portfolios, and LinkedIn profiles.
• Conduct mock interviews and provide personalized feedback to help students improve their interview performance.
• Coach students on effective job search strategies and professional networking.
• Guide students in using AI tools to enhance CV writing, job searching, interview preparation, and professional productivity.
• Assess students' career readiness and recommend personalized development plans.
• Track student progress and maintain accurate records of career readiness activities.
• Stay up to date with labor market trends and emerging hiring practices to ensure students receive relevant and current guidance.
• Actively engage with local, regional, and international employers to identify internship and employment opportunities for AXSOS graduates.
• Collaborate with the Teaching, Admissions, and Marketing teams to ensure students are well prepared for evolving market needs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Education, Psychology, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in career development, recruitment, human resources, talent acquisition, coaching, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Experience reviewing CVs and LinkedIn profiles and conducting mock interviews.
• Familiarity with modern recruitment practices and professional networking platforms such as LinkedIn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI productivity tools.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is required. German is an advantage.
