We are looking for:

Vacancy Description:

We are looking for a proactive, versatile professional who will contribute to business growth while ensuring smooth executive operations. In this role, you will drive sales initiatives, manage client relationships, and support the full sales lifecycle, while also providing organizational and administrative support to the executive team.

You will be the link between external growth and internal efficiency: engaging clients, managing opportunities, and coordinating proposals, while also scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and supporting day-to-day executive tasks. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys both strategic business development and hands-on executive support in a fast-paced, international environment.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1–5 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or executive support roles.
  • Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities while supporting executive management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience engaging clients at various levels.
  • Solid understanding of CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
  • Highly organized with excellent planning and follow-up skills.
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with digital transformation, IT services, or consulting environments.

  • Experience working with international clients and multicultural teams.
  • Knowledge of procurement and tender processes.
  • Exposure to project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Jira, Confluence).
  • Certifications such as CSP or Strategic Sales Management are a plus.

Your Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Sales Growth

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, prospecting, and networking.

  • Engage with local and international clients to understand needs, present solutions, and close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare bids and proposals for public and private tenders in coordination with internal teams.
  • Manage the CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.

Executive & Operational Support

    • Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and follow-up notes.
    • Support project coordination by tracking deadlines, ensuring follow-ups, and bridging communication between teams.
    • Handle day-to-day administrative duties and correspondence with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
    • Act as a central contact point, ensuring smooth internal and external communication.

    Business & Organizational Growth

    • Coordinate closely with technical, project, and delivery teams to ensure client success.
    • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
    • Provide executives with insights, market updates, and pipeline reports to support decision-making.
    • Contribute to both strategic business growth and operational excellence.

    Required Competencies: 

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Strong organizational abilities.
    • CRM proficiency (Microsoft Dynamics 365).
    • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
    • Strong presentation, proposal writing, and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in productivity tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Power BI).
    • Ability to adapt quickly and balance external client-facing duties with internal executive support.
    • Team player with a growth mindset.
