We are looking for multiple candidates for the position of ServiceDesk Employee in Thessaloniki

Your responsibilities

• Through your customer orientation you will ensure the satisfaction of the customer in service management
• You will support in ensuring the "invisible IT operation"
• From day one you will be part of the AXSOS Family and after a 1-3 month training period you will be part of the service desk teams

Your profile

• You have an education as an IT specialist or a comparable education in the EDP/IT environment, e.g. as a network administrator or you have a (technical) university degree in the field of computer science/business informatics
• Your personality is characterized by a high level of customer and service orientation, a courteous manner, reliability and an independent as well as goal-oriented way of working.
• You already have relevant professional experience in the field of system administration or as an IT consultant
• You have a high level of self-motivation and commitment
• You have a very good command of German and English, both written and spoken
