About Axsos Academy:

Axsos Academy is a German Palestinian tech training academy that helps students start careers in software development, data science, and QA. Our mission is to provide high-quality training and support students from their first inquiry until they become job-ready graduates.

Responsibilities:

• As a Sales & Admissions Representative, you will help future students learn about our programs and join the Academy. Your main tasks include:
• Be the first point of contact for people interested in our programs and answer their questions clearly and professionally.
• Follow up with leads from social media, landing pages, events, and referrals.
• Guide students through the full admissions process: calls, interviews, reminders, and final enrollment.
• Work toward a monthly enrollment target as part of the admissions team.
• Keep accurate records of leads and conversations using our CRM system.
• Work with the Marketing Team to ensure good communication with potential students.
• Join webinars, open days, events, and outreach activities to promote our programs.
• Share weekly and monthly updates about performance, pipeline, and conversions.
• Help improve the admissions process and student experience.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or any similar field (or relevant experience).
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or admissions—experience in education or tech is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking with new people.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage many leads at once.
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and online communication tools.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for helping students succeed.
• Fluency in Arabic and good command of English (spoken and written).
